All manually keyed Visa/MC transactions that have AVS will be charged a "Mid Qualified Rate" of 2.44%. All Visa/MC transactions that do not meet the requirements stated above, business cards, foreign cards and transactions that do not meet Visa/MC requirements for the best interchange program will be charged a "Non Qualified Rate" of 3.14%.
